The episode was on April 10th (and delayed in the airing by sports), involving the introduction of Watson's half-sister, a poker game, and the NSA. Toward the end of the case, Joan (Lucy Liu) sneezes once, dismisses it as the room they were just in was dusting. A couple scenes in the following episode (aired the same night) hinted that she did indeed have a cold, but there were no further sneezes. Also revealed that that Watson has an allergy to tree pollen. Fic writers, make of that what you will.
