Netflix series by DreamWorks and starring the late Anton Yelchin. The sneezes come from the protagonist's love interest Claire Nuñez. She's spying on our hero in his basement. Some dust kicks down from the ceiling and makes her let out a couple stock sound effects. The character design is cute, similar to Marinette from Miraculous.
