So I don't know if this will be everybody's cup of tea, but I was watching this interview with Hugh Dancy about Hannibal. At about 38:54, someone in the audience sneezes (loudly enough to get picked up by the mics!) and Hugh offers a bless-you.
I won't lie, I'd prefer if it were the other way around 
but this is cute too. Also as a side note, if you're into Hannibal, the whole interview is fantastic.
