So this is an old show, but I don't think I've ever seen it posted on here. There's an episode of Party of Five where Matthew Fox's character is sick. He begins the episode with a cold (it turns into pneumonia so that's not so great for him). However, he sneezes twice towards the beginning of the episode! They're kind of strange fake sneezes, but also weirdly seem like the way someone might actually sneeze. Overall, I thought they were pretty good and VERY decent pre-sneeze action before the first one. He also mentions sneezing a little bit later on in the episode.

The first scene just has him acting generally sick, the next scene he's in has the sneezes and mention of his cold (first sneeze at around 6:35 in the link posted with the second soon after), mention of sneezing around 10:15 in the link posted. The rest of the episode is more serious sickness in the hospital so that may not be your thing.
