Early in the movie, Aubrey Plaza's character has a cold and can be seen sniffling, coughing and blowing her nose into tissues. And in something that went my "caretaking" radar go off, another character gives her some medicine and helps her go to bed. I liked this movie, by the way. Very fun, the characters are great and Aubrey is fantastic. Although I think one might need to watch the other two in the trilogy to fully understand it. The movie is on Amazon Prime and on YouTube (for free.) I'd link to it, but I don't know if it would be allowed since it's the whole movie and some R-rated stuff happens later on. The scenes in question begin 15 minutes in and goes up to the 20th minute.
